so ive been wanting to cook for Russ more lately..... and I saw a recipe for a traditional carbonara pasta in rachel ray's magazine. The one in the mag was done with bacon, and I did mine with chicken. It turned out pretty delish =) tough part was addin the egg yolks to the hot pasta at the end without them cooking/clumping.
